For Beginners

What is RSS?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) lets you automatically receive updated content from TitanMag.com. By using RSS Web Feed, you won't have to come to TitanMag.com to see if we have new content; rather, new content will come to you.

How Do I Use RSS?

You'll need a program called an RSS Reader or Aggregator to view your RSS feeds. These programs come either as web-based, desktop applications, live bookmarks, etc. Some of the most popular RSS Readers are web-based such as: myYahoo, Newsgator, Pluck, Bloglines, ROJO and My AOL.

There are many free or little cost RSS Readers to choose from–many are downloadable software and some are free web-based readers which don't require download. If you don't already have an RSS Reader, here are some reference sites where you can download them.

How Do I View TitanMag's RSS Web Feed?

Once you've obtained an RSS Reader, subscribing to an RSS feed is simple—just look for the appropriate XML code. Most Web sites that publish an RSS feed will display a tiny orange box or button labeled "RSS" or "XML."

Click the button and your Web browser typically goes to a page of cryptic code. Just copy the URL of that page and plug it into your feed reader. The software will then automatically retrieve and display that site's latest information.
