Recognizing Bryan Harris

Apparently Thursday's opening ceremonies did not go off without a hitch.

As was reported earlier on this blog, freshman Joe Scott was recognized for having the team's highest individual GPA. That honor, however, should have gone to junior designated hitter Bryan Harris, who boasts a 3.57 average. Somewhere in Omaha there was a mix-up and the wrong player was announced during the ceremonies.

So let's congratulate both Bryan and Joe for their hard work in the classroom.
